HVAC

VRF and chilled water systems, ducting, fresh air and testing and balancing for comfort and clean air.

Overview

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning is usually the biggest energy user in an office, and the system people notice most when it goes wrong. We size systems to the real heat load, design ducting that is quiet and balanced, and bring in enough fresh, filtered air.

What we deliver

  • Heat load calculations and system selection
  • VRF / VRV systems
  • Chilled water systems, AHUs and FCUs
  • Ductable and split units for smaller spaces
  • Ducting, diffusers, grilles and insulation
  • Fresh air, exhaust and energy recovery ventilation
  • Air filtration and indoor air quality
  • Testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) and commissioning

Why ADS

Right-sized

Load calculations avoid oversized plant that costs more to buy and run.

Quiet and even

Balanced airflow and correct diffuser layout avoid hot spots and draughts.

Clean air

Fresh air and filtration designed in, not added later.

Typical timeline

Every project is different. These are typical durations for a 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft office, and we confirm yours in writing after the site survey.

Survey & design

1 to 3 weeks. Site survey, heat load calculations, system selection, layout drawings and a fixed scope.

Supply & installation

4 to 10 weeks. Equipment, refrigerant or chilled water piping, ducting, indoor units and controls, coordinated with the interior fit-out. Central plant and long-lead equipment can take longer.

Testing & handover

1 to 2 weeks. Testing, adjusting and balancing, commissioning, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and a walkthrough for your facility team.

Areas we serve

We design and install HVAC for offices across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi, and in Jaipur. Our team visits the site for every survey, so the design reflects the actual building, not just the floor plan.

HVAC questions

How do you choose between VRF and chilled water for an office?

It depends mainly on the size of the cooling load, the hours the office runs and what the building already provides. VRF usually suits small and mid-sized offices and floors with many zones, because each area is controlled separately and no central plant room is needed. Chilled water tends to suit large, high-load buildings, or buildings where the landlord already supplies chilled water. We compare both on purchase cost, running cost and space before recommending one. Read our full comparison.

What affects the cost of an office HVAC system?

The main drivers are the heat load (floor area, number of people, equipment and sun-facing glass), the type of system, the length of piping and ducting, fresh air and filtration needs, controls, and how easy the ceiling is to work in. We quote only after a heat load calculation, so you do not pay for oversized equipment.

Can you work with the HVAC system our building already has?

Yes. Many commercial buildings in Delhi NCR provide chilled water or a base air conditioning installation. We survey what is there, check its capacity against your new layout, and extend or rework the fan coil units, air handling units, ducting, diffusers and controls instead of replacing equipment that still has useful life.

How much fresh air does an office need?

Standards such as the National Building Code of India and ASHRAE 62.1 set minimum outdoor air rates based on the number of people and the floor area. We design to these standards and, where outdoor air quality in NCR calls for it, add higher-grade filtration so the fresh air coming in is also clean air.

Can our office stay open while HVAC work is done?

For upgrades and partial works, usually yes. We phase ceiling and noisy work, schedule it out of hours where needed, and isolate the areas being worked on. A full new installation is normally done alongside the interior fit-out, before the office is occupied.

What do we receive at handover?

Testing, adjusting and balancing reports, commissioning records, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, equipment warranty documents and a walkthrough so your facility team knows how to run the system.

How we work

i.

Survey & brief

We visit your site, measure it and listen. We agree what the space needs to do, how many people it must hold, the look you want, your budget and your timeline. You get a written brief and scope to sign off.

ii.

Design & engineering

Our designers prepare layouts, 3D views and material options while our engineers design HVAC, electrical, fire, IT and AV. Everything is drawn on one coordinated set, with an itemised quotation.

iii.

Build & install

One site manager runs civil, interior and services teams to a single programme. You get regular progress updates and photos, and quality checks at each stage.

iv.

Test & hand over

Every system is tested and commissioned. You receive as-built drawings, test reports, manuals, warranties and training for your facility team, then a defects period with our support.
