Green building & net zero

Efficient design, low-carbon materials and smart systems that cut operating energy and support green building ratings.

Overview

Most of a building's running cost and carbon comes from cooling, lighting and power. We design fit-outs and services that use less from day one, measure what they use, and support certification under rating systems such as IGBC, GRIHA and LEED.

What we deliver

  • Energy-efficient HVAC selection and controls
  • LED lighting with daylight and occupancy sensors
  • Energy metering and monitoring through BMS
  • Low-VOC paints, adhesives and finishes
  • Recycled-content and regional materials
  • Water-efficient fixtures and metering
  • Documentation support for green rating submissions
  • Rooftop solar and renewable energy coordination

Why ADS

Lower bills

Efficient cooling and lighting reduce the largest running costs of an office.

Healthier spaces

Fresh air, daylight and low-emission materials improve comfort and wellbeing.

Ready for reporting

Metering gives you the data for ESG and sustainability reports.

Typical timeline

Every project is different. These are typical durations for a office project, and we confirm yours in writing after the site survey.

Assessment & targets

1 to 3 weeks. Review of the building, past energy bills and your goals, then agreed targets such as an energy reduction or a green rating level.

Design & specification

2 to 4 weeks. Efficient HVAC and lighting, metering, low-VOC and recycled-content materials and water-efficient fixtures specified into the design.

Build, verify & document

Through the build. Installation, commissioning, meter set-up and the evidence and documentation needed for rating submissions and sustainability reporting.

Areas we serve

We deliver energy-efficient, green-rated office projects across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi, and in Jaipur. Our team visits the site for every survey, so the design reflects the actual building, not just the floor plan.

Green building questions

What does a net zero office actually mean?

A net zero office uses as little energy as practical through efficient design and equipment, then meets the remaining demand with renewable energy, on site or procured. The order matters: cutting demand first is usually far cheaper than buying renewable power for a wasteful building. Read our net zero office guide.

Which green building ratings do you support?

We provide design input and documentation support for common rating systems used in India, such as IGBC and LEED interiors ratings. Certification itself is awarded by the rating body, and we work alongside your appointed consultant or help you appoint one.

Does a green office cost more to build?

Some items, such as better controls, sensors and metering, can cost more upfront, while others, such as right-sized HVAC and LED lighting, often cost the same or less. Lower energy and water bills usually recover the extra cost over time. We show the trade-offs item by item so you can decide.

Can an existing office be made more energy efficient?

Yes. Common upgrades include LED lighting with occupancy and daylight sensors, HVAC controls and scheduling, variable speed drives, sub-metering and fixing air balance problems. Metering first shows where the energy actually goes.

What is low-VOC and why does it matter?

VOCs are chemicals released into the air by some paints, adhesives, sealants and furniture. Choosing low-VOC products and flushing the space with fresh air before occupation improves the air your team breathes, and is a requirement in most green ratings.

Can you help us report our building's energy use?

Yes. We set up energy and water metering, usually through a BMS, so consumption is measured by system and floor. That gives you reliable data for internal targets and ESG or sustainability reporting.

How we work

i.

Survey & brief

We visit your site, measure it and listen. We agree what the space needs to do, how many people it must hold, the look you want, your budget and your timeline. You get a written brief and scope to sign off.

ii.

Design & engineering

Our designers prepare layouts, 3D views and material options while our engineers design HVAC, electrical, fire, IT and AV. Everything is drawn on one coordinated set, with an itemised quotation.

iii.

Build & install

One site manager runs civil, interior and services teams to a single programme. You get regular progress updates and photos, and quality checks at each stage.

iv.

Test & hand over

Every system is tested and commissioned. You receive as-built drawings, test reports, manuals, warranties and training for your facility team, then a defects period with our support.
