Electrical

LT panels, distribution, cabling, lighting, power points, earthing and protection, built to code.

Overview

Electrical work has to be safe, reliable and ready for the load you will add over the years. We design and install the complete low-voltage system, from the incoming supply to the last socket, and test it before handover.

What we deliver

  • Load calculations and single-line diagrams
  • LT panels, distribution boards and switchgear
  • Cabling, cable trays and raceways
  • Lighting and lighting control
  • Raw power and UPS power circuits
  • Earthing and lightning protection
  • DG and UPS integration
  • Testing, certification and as-built drawings

Why ADS

Safe by design

Protection, earthing and cable sizing to the relevant Indian standards.

Room to grow

Spare capacity planned in panels and risers.

Documented

As-built drawings and test records at handover.

Typical timeline

Every project is different. These are typical durations for a 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft office, and we confirm yours in writing after the site survey.

Load study & design

1 to 2 weeks. Load calculations, single-line diagrams, lighting and power layouts, and coordination with the building's supply and DG backup.

Installation

4 to 8 weeks. Panels, distribution boards, cable trays, wiring, lighting, raw and UPS power points and earthing, built in step with the interior fit-out.

Testing & certification

1 week. Insulation resistance, earthing and protection tests, test certificates, as-built drawings and panel schedules.

Areas we serve

We design and install electrical systems for offices across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi, and in Jaipur. Our team visits the site for every survey, so the design reflects the actual building, not just the floor plan.

Electrical questions

What is the difference between raw power and UPS power?

Raw power comes straight from the mains and DG backup and feeds general loads such as lighting, pantries and air conditioning. UPS power is a separate, protected circuit for computers, servers and network equipment, so they keep running without interruption during a power cut and the switchover to the generator.

How do you size the electrical load for an office?

We add up the actual loads, including lighting, workstations, HVAC, server room, pantry and special equipment, apply realistic diversity factors and leave spare capacity for growth. This tells you whether the sanctioned load and the building's supply are enough before work starts.

Which standards do you design to?

We design to the National Electrical Code of India and the relevant IS standards, along with the building's own requirements and the safety norms of the local electricity authority.

Do you coordinate with the building's DG and UPS?

Yes. We check how much DG backup capacity your office is allocated, and size and integrate the UPS and its distribution so critical loads are protected and the system changes over cleanly.

Can you add capacity for future growth?

Yes. We leave spare ways in distribution boards, spare capacity in cables and trays, and space in panels so you can add seats or equipment later without rewiring the office.

What documents do we get at handover?

Test certificates, as-built single-line diagrams, panel schedules and circuit labelling, so your facility team and any future contractor can trace every circuit.

How we work

i.

Survey & brief

We visit your site, measure it and listen. We agree what the space needs to do, how many people it must hold, the look you want, your budget and your timeline. You get a written brief and scope to sign off.

ii.

Design & engineering

Our designers prepare layouts, 3D views and material options while our engineers design HVAC, electrical, fire, IT and AV. Everything is drawn on one coordinated set, with an itemised quotation.

iii.

Build & install

One site manager runs civil, interior and services teams to a single programme. You get regular progress updates and photos, and quality checks at each stage.

iv.

Test & hand over

Every system is tested and commissioned. You receive as-built drawings, test reports, manuals, warranties and training for your facility team, then a defects period with our support.
