BMS automation

Central control and monitoring of HVAC, lighting, power and safety systems, with energy metering and remote access.

Overview

A building management system (BMS) connects the equipment in your building so it can be watched and controlled from one screen. It runs plant only when needed, raises alarms before small faults become breakdowns, and records how much energy each system uses.

What we deliver

  • BMS design, controllers and field devices
  • HVAC control: AHUs, chillers, VRF and ventilation
  • Lighting control and scheduling
  • Energy and utility metering with dashboards
  • Integration with fire alarm, access control and CCTV
  • Remote monitoring and alarm notifications
  • Graphics, trend logs and reports
  • Testing, commissioning and operator training

Why ADS

Energy savings

Schedules, setpoints and sensors keep equipment from running when spaces are empty.

Fewer breakdowns

Alarms and trends show problems early, so maintenance is planned, not urgent.

One view

All systems visible on one dashboard, on site or remotely.

Typical timeline

Every project is different. These are typical durations for a office floor or building, and we confirm yours in writing after the site survey.

Survey & design

1 to 3 weeks. Survey of the equipment to be controlled, a points list, the control strategy and the system architecture.

Installation & integration

3 to 8 weeks. Controllers, sensors, field devices and cabling, then integration with HVAC, lighting, metering, fire alarm, access control and CCTV.

Commissioning & training

1 to 2 weeks. Point-to-point testing, graphics, schedules, alarms, trend logs and hands-on training for your operators.

Areas we serve

We design, install and commission building management systems across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi, and in Jaipur. Our team visits the site for every survey, so the design reflects the actual building, not just the floor plan.

BMS questions

What is a building management system?

A BMS is a control system that monitors and runs building equipment such as air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and pumps from one place. It follows schedules, responds to sensors, raises alarms when something fails and records how the building is performing.

Do we need a BMS for a single office floor?

Not always. Smaller offices may only need good HVAC controls and lighting schedules. A BMS pays off when you have central plant, several floors or systems to coordinate, energy targets to meet, or a facility team that needs one view of everything. We will tell you honestly which fits.

How does a BMS save energy?

Savings come from running equipment only when it is needed, avoiding heating and cooling against each other, adjusting fresh air to occupancy, and spotting faults and waste early through alarms and trend logs. Metering then shows whether the savings are real.

Can a BMS connect to our existing equipment?

Usually, yes. Most modern chillers, VRF systems, meters and fire panels can connect over open protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Older equipment can often be monitored with added sensors and controllers. We confirm this during the survey.

Can we monitor the building remotely?

Yes. The BMS can be set up for secure remote access and to send alarm notifications by email or message, so your facility team knows about a problem before occupants do.

What training and documentation do we get?

Your operators receive hands-on training on the graphics, schedules, alarms and reports, plus as-built drawings, the points list, the control strategy and the commissioning records.

How we work

i.

Survey & brief

We visit your site, measure it and listen. We agree what the space needs to do, how many people it must hold, the look you want, your budget and your timeline. You get a written brief and scope to sign off.

ii.

Design & engineering

Our designers prepare layouts, 3D views and material options while our engineers design HVAC, electrical, fire, IT and AV. Everything is drawn on one coordinated set, with an itemised quotation.

iii.

Build & install

One site manager runs civil, interior and services teams to a single programme. You get regular progress updates and photos, and quality checks at each stage.

iv.

Test & hand over

Every system is tested and commissioned. You receive as-built drawings, test reports, manuals, warranties and training for your facility team, then a defects period with our support.
