Fire fighting & fire alarm

Sprinklers, hydrants, detection, alarm, public address and suppression, tested before handover.

Overview

Fire safety systems protect people and property, and are checked by the fire authority before a building can be occupied. We design and install them to the National Building Code and the relevant standards, and help with the documents needed for fire approval.

What we deliver

  • Sprinkler systems and hydrant networks
  • Fire pumps and pump rooms
  • Addressable fire alarm and smoke detection
  • Public address and voice evacuation
  • Gas suppression for server and electrical rooms
  • Fire extinguishers and signage
  • Fire-rated doors and penetration sealing coordination
  • Testing, commissioning and approval documentation

Why ADS

Code compliant

Designed to the National Building Code and local fire authority needs.

Coordinated

Sprinkler heads and detectors laid out with the ceiling design.

Tested

Every system flow tested and witnessed before handover.

Typical timeline

Every project is different. These are typical durations for a office fit-out, and we confirm yours in writing after the site survey.

Survey & design

1 to 3 weeks. Review of the building's existing fire systems, layouts for sprinklers, detection and evacuation, and coordination with ceilings and other services.

Installation

3 to 8 weeks. Sprinkler extensions, detectors, panels, voice evacuation, suppression systems, extinguishers and signage, installed with the fit-out.

Testing & documentation

1 to 2 weeks. Hydraulic and functional testing, cause-and-effect checks, and the documents needed for building management and fire authority approvals.

Areas we serve

We design and install fire fighting and fire alarm systems across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi, and in Jaipur. Our team visits the site for every survey, so the design reflects the actual building, not just the floor plan.

Fire safety questions

Which fire codes apply to offices?

Office fire systems are designed to the National Building Code of India (Part 4, Fire and Life Safety), the relevant IS standards, the local fire service rules and the building's own fire strategy. We design to these and coordinate with the building's fire team.

Why do sprinklers need changing when we fit out an office?

Sprinkler heads are spaced to cover the open floor. New partitions, rooms and false ceilings change the space, so heads have to be added, moved or lowered so every area is still protected. Detectors and speakers need the same review.

What is an addressable fire alarm system?

Each detector and device has its own address, so the panel shows exactly which room or device has triggered, instead of a whole zone. That makes response faster and fault-finding easier, and it is standard for most commercial offices.

Do we need gas suppression for our server room?

Water sprinklers can damage IT and electrical equipment. A clean agent gas suppression system puts out a fire without harming the equipment, so it is commonly used for server rooms, UPS rooms and electrical rooms. We advise based on what the room holds and the building's requirements.

Do you help with fire NOC and approvals?

We prepare the drawings, test records and documentation that building management and the fire authority usually require, and coordinate the submission and inspections with you and the building.

How often should fire systems be tested?

Fire alarm, suppression and fire fighting systems need regular inspection and testing as set out in the applicable standards and the building's maintenance schedule. At handover you receive the test records and the information your facility team needs to keep the systems in service.

How we work

i.

Survey & brief

We visit your site, measure it and listen. We agree what the space needs to do, how many people it must hold, the look you want, your budget and your timeline. You get a written brief and scope to sign off.

ii.

Design & engineering

Our designers prepare layouts, 3D views and material options while our engineers design HVAC, electrical, fire, IT and AV. Everything is drawn on one coordinated set, with an itemised quotation.

iii.

Build & install

One site manager runs civil, interior and services teams to a single programme. You get regular progress updates and photos, and quality checks at each stage.

iv.

Test & hand over

Every system is tested and commissioned. You receive as-built drawings, test reports, manuals, warranties and training for your facility team, then a defects period with our support.
